九龙矿储煤场堆料机结构改造设计

Reconstruction Design on the Stacker Structure of a Coal Storage Yard

摘要: 峰峰集团九龙矿储煤场堆料机由于各种原因,现无法满足使用要求,需要对其结构进行改造设计。在分析原有结构存在问题的基础上,确定了结构改造整体设计方案,并对方案进行细化,包括连接构造、支座设计、节点处理、荷载选取、荷载组合等。运用STCAD管桁架分析设计软件进行结构分析。结果表明,改造后结构耗钢量小,安全经济,满足使用要求。可为类似堆料机结构改造设计提供参考。

Abstract: The stacker structure of a coal storage yard located in Handan city was reformed. Problems exciting in structure were analyzed. The overall design scheme of structure reconstruction was determined. The scheme was subdivided, including connection construction, bearing design, joint treatment, load selection, load combinations and so on. STCAD truss analysis and design software was applied to analyze the structure. Results showed that the reformed structure has less steel dosage, better safety and economy, and meets the requirements. It can provide references for similar stacker reconstruction design.
